Breakfast at the hotel, then transfer to the domestic airport for departure flight to Xieng Khouang. Upon arrival, transfer to hotel, then visit the Plain of Jars, the archaeological site of the 6th century, and return to Phonsavanh for lunch. Afternoon excursion by car to visit Muang Khoune, the former capital city of Xieng Khouang province, as well as visit Hmong and other ethnic minorities of Lao Luen village (lowland Lao). Then return to Phonsavanh for dinner. Overnight at the hotel, Xieng Khouang.

Breakfast at the hotel. Visit the local market of Phonsavanh before transfer to the airport for departure flight to Luang Prabang. Upon arrival at Luang Prabang, transfer to the hotel and to lunch. In the afternoon, city tour to visit Wat Visoun, Wat Aham, Wat Mai, and we climb the 329 steps up Phousi Hill for a panoramic view of the town and river as well as watch the sun set on Wat Si Phoutthabath. Dinner at L'Elephant Blanc restaurant. Overnight at the hotel, Luang Prabang.

Breakfast at the hotel. Visit Wat Xieng Thong, the most beautiful temple in Laos. Then board our boat for a cruise upstream on the Mekong River to visit the Pak Ou caves. On the way, stop at Ban Xang Hai where rice wine distillation by traditional method can be observed. Visit Pak Ou (Tham Ting) known as Buddha Cave. Picnic lunch at a bamboo cottage on the river overlooking a vista of lovely woods and flowing waters at the confluence of the Mekong River and Pak Ou River. In the afternoon return to Luang Prabang and continue by car to visit Ban Phanom, the very well known Lao traditional weaving village and onwards to the Kuangsi Falls. Dinner of good authentic Lao food at Pakhuay Mixai restaurant. Overnight at the hotel, Luang Prabang.

Breakfast at the hotel. Visit the National Museum (the former Royal Palace) and take a last walk along the main street of Thanon Sisavangvong before transfer to airport. Depart by Lao Airlines flight to Vientiane. Arrive at Wattay Airport in Vientiane, meet and transfer to hotel. Lunch in Luang Prabang or in Vientiane (depends on the timing of the flight). City tour of Vientiane visiting the Haw Phra Kaew, Wat Sisakat, Patouxia, the National Cultural Ethnic Park, the Friendship Bridge and Buddha Park. Dinner in a restaurant or in the hotel. Overnight at the hotel, Vientiane.
